Georgia Chapter Members Graduate from Women's Leadership Course at Georgia State University

The Leadership Development Institute of Georgia (LDIG) at Georgia State University hosted a first of its kind course specifically for women: Leadership Advancement for Women in Law Enforcement (LAWLE). Recognizing women face specific challenges and obstacles in a male-dominated field, the program is designed to address some of the top concerns in this area and provide them with the tools they need to develop and enhance their leadership skills.

On December 1, 2022, the inaugural class graduated from the program. In this class of 24, seven of the participants are Georgia Chapter of NOBLE members:

Timmi Benton, Georgia World Congress Center Authority PD

Lisa Domini, Atlanta PD

Yolande Duncan, Georgia State University PD

Shekinia Graham, MARTA PD

Ashley Hurst, Georgia State University PD

Kimberly McClenton, Georgia State University PD

Crystal Moon, Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles

Throughout the 4-month course, several chapter members provided instruction or served on panels to include President Ammons, Prenzinna Spann, Aprille Moore, Mirtha Ramos, Nicolay Hammond, Debra Williams, and Wanda Dunham.
